The open breezeway leads to a tropical resort setting centered around the pool, dining areas, and Tiki Bar. Pool & Tiki Bar
The resort-style pool is one of the most recognizable gathering places at The Dunes.
Surrounded by tropical landscaping, lounge seating, and umbrellas, the pool provides a comfortable setting for relaxing in the Florida sunshine.
Adjacent to the pool, the Tiki Bar offers bar seating, high-top tables, casual dining, drinks, and convenient poolside service. During season, Happy Hours and live entertainment add to the social atmosphere.
Dining at The Club
Residents have several dining settings to choose from without leaving the community.
The covered Terrace provides an inviting place for lunch or dinner, while the indoor/outdoor Sandbar offers a relaxed setting for drinks, conversation, and casual dining.
For a more refined experience, the Royal Palm Room provides an elegant dining environment and another option for enjoying an evening with neighbors, family, or friends.

Visiting Family & Friends
The Club offers six rental cottages available for visiting guests of Dunes residents.
Each cottage includes two queen beds, a kitchenette, full bath, and private lanai. Located adjacent to The Club, the cottages provide a convenient option when residents need additional space for family and friends.
Off-Season Privileges
During the off-season, Dunes residents also have access to participating private clubs throughout the Naples area through The Club’s reciprocal program.
The program can provide opportunities to experience additional dining, golf, and club amenities and offers another way for residents to enjoy Southwest Florida during the quieter summer and early fall months.
